Packaging Design

Taste of Asia is a new Korean line of instant cup noodles from Knorr. The range consists of three flavours: Spicy Seafood, Hot & Spicy, and Kimchi Ramen.

We developed a contemporary interpretation of the country’s food, culture, and heritage by using a traditional pattern for the background and incorporating the tricolored TaeGeuk design as a stylistic element. The TaeGeuk is a prominent design featured across Korean culture and history. Integrating all of this together allows the product to reflect its authentic Korean roots.

The pack adheres to the existing brand identity of Knorr, while putting a Korean spin on it. Photography plays an important role in the design. The savory image of the ramen transparently displays the flavor of each variant with ease.

Overall, the packaging for Knorr Taste of Asia ensures that consumers know that this is a delicious premium product that respects Korean food and culture.
